Applications and membership

Submitting a form does not entitle you to membership, an invitation, or attendance at any event. All applications are reviewed at the absolute discretion of Sydney Connectors. We may accept, decline, or revoke any application or invitation at any time, without giving reasons.

Conduct at events

Members and invited guests are expected to behave with discretion and respect. We reserve the right to remove anyone from an event, cancel a membership, or refuse future invitations, at our discretion, including for breach of these terms, conduct issues, or any matter we consider incompatible with the club.

Photography and content

Events may be photographed or filmed. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to those images being used by Sydney Connectors for member-facing purposes (including the members' network) and reasonable promotional use, unless you tell us otherwise in writing before the event.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Sydney Connectors name, marks, copy, images, and design — is owned by Sydney Connectors or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sydney Connectors, its partners, contractors, and operators (including Bhimian) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of this website, the application process, attendance at any event, or interactions with other members or third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
